They have an unfair payment and money deposit management. 1. They charged my credit card ten days before my staying for the whole amount -four nights- as I booked the room, in spite the fact that the terms agreed were different, as they clearly stated that until one week before my staying I could have changed my mind without any charge and later I would have paid just for the first night. 2. I have checked out their room ten days ago without any inconvenience but I can not still dispose the money amount that they retained from my account as a warranty for any damage due to my staying in their building. Neither this term was provided in the conditions agreed. These manners could be related to the fact that Randwick Space is in a jewish college and maybe is managed by jewish people?

Location. Friendly staff. Nice place. Comfortable room.
No service whatsoever, not even cleaning the room, you have to pay separately, like the change of towels or sheets. The reception works only from 9 am to 5 pm. It is a university accommodation, so sometimes it can be noisy and somewhat dirty public areas.

Nice grounds being on a university campus. Coogee beach not too far away. Accommodation was as expected, my choice was limited.
Can only be described as value-for-money by the fact that Sydney is ridiculously expensive anyway.

Quiet, well equipped, good size rooms, 20mins to the city.
Not in a very interesting area.

Hmm. Nothing really.. Guess the room was spacious enough for two people.
It's not very close to the city and the only means of getting there is by bus. And it was hard to understand the route system. It was poorly cleaned, if at all. And oh yeah! It's not even a real hotel but student rooms rent out by students. So the reception is mostly closed if you have any questions. And most of all. It's super expensive! To which you'll reply that it's a busy season and prices go up. But thats just as dishonest and raising the prices of umbrellas when it's raining. Tacky and greedy. At least they could have cleaned the room well. Oh well. I'm upset and sorry for ranting.. Have a good day!

The staff was very friendly and flexible! There was always someone who cared! Very nice hotel in a calm and safe part of the city, easy to get there by public transport from the airport, city and bondi beach! Had a nice room with bathroom and balcony! Nice, clean and budget accomodation for people who love travelling and having some space for theirselfs or for families witch children!

Location was close to restaurants
This was University accommodation & was basic with shared communal bathroom/shower. There was no out of hours reception & no facility to clean rooms or replace towels or bedding for a stay less than 10 days.

the location and approximity of restaurants and airport
That it was sold as ahotel room....it was student accommodation and I believe it was deceptive to sell it as a "hotel" room. Staff were helpful, when found...though they appeared shell shocked about the process of "checking somebody in..

The accommodation is located inside UNSW campus and there are quite a lot of good chinese restaurants around the place; plus there are some supermarkets nearby, which are quite convenient. Bus stops are close at ANZAC parade, and there are many buses go to the city center
No air conditioning, although you usually do not need that. The wifi cost money, and there is no indoor fridge or kettle. You need use filter water system and fridge in the common room.

The position is only 5 minutes walk from the bus stop, from which in 15 min can arrive in the cbd and on the famous beaches...
The staff changed my room from the ground floor to the second one, with the heavy luggage it wasn't a pleasure...
